Nine inches is the size most meals actually want. This is the Organic Shades accent plate sold on its own: stoneware under a sage green glaze, dishwasher and microwave safe, one plate to a box. Buy it to extend a set already in the cabinet, or buy four and skip the dinner plates entirely, since breakfast and a weeknight salad rarely need more surface than this.
The size that gets used most

Glaze instead of pattern
