Questions about an order

Orders are processed and shipped by the retail partner whose checkout you used. Payment, delivery windows, returns, and refunds are handled in their order system — your confirmation email contains the direct links. We can help you identify the right pattern, piece, or size before you buy, but we cannot look up an order.

Catalog corrections

If a specification on a product page looks wrong — a piece count, a capacity, a care instruction — tell us and include the page address. Descriptions are written by hand from product data, and when the data changes, we would rather fix it the same week than let a wrong number stand.
