Snowflake Wishes is a twelve-piece set built for the weeks when the table gets decorated. A snowflake motif sits on the handle, the rest is polished to a bright mirror, and the whole thing throws light around in a way that suits candles and string lights. Four three-piece settings cover a family dinner or a small holiday table.
A motif that knows when to stop
Holiday flatware goes wrong when the decoration swallows the piece. Here the snowflake is confined to the handle and the rest stays clean, so the set still functions as flatware rather than as a centerpiece. Lighthearted is the word the designers use, and it fits.
Three pieces per seat
The box holds four three-piece place settings: a dinner fork, dinner knife and dinner spoon each. That is the working core of a meal, and it mixes easily with teaspoons and salad forks from whatever everyday set already lives in the drawer. Twelve pieces also store flat in a shallow box, which matters for something that spends eleven months of the year in a cupboard.
Seasonal looks, everyday steel
Underneath the motif this is reliable 18/0 stainless, durable and rust resistant, and dishwasher safe for the stretch of December when the machine runs twice a day. Nothing about the set requires hand washing, which is more than can be said for most holiday tableware.
