Knives define the right-hand side of a place setting, and at 9.4 inches the Easton knife is the longest thing in the pattern. These four are polished to the same mirror finish as the forks and spoons, heavy in the hand, in premium 18/10 stainless at the highest level of rust resistance available. Dishwasher safe, limited lifetime warranty.
Why knives wear differently
A knife meets the plate more than any other piece, and it is the one left blade-down in a sink of soaking dishes. Replacing knives more often than forks is normal rather than a sign of a bad set. This four-pack exists for that cycle, and the finish is the same mirror polish the rest of the line carries.
Length sets the table line
Place settings read as tidy when the knife, fork and spoon end at roughly the same depth from the table edge. A substitute knife of a different length throws that line off more visibly than a mismatched handle shape would. At 9.4 inches these sit exactly where the original Easton knives sat.
Care that keeps the polish
Mirror-finished steel earns its look back after every wash, provided nothing acidic is left sitting on it. Rinse after use, especially after citrus or anything salted, then let the dishwasher do the rest. The 18/10 alloy handles the machine without dulling, and standing water is what leaves marks.
