Every order placed through this catalog ships from an authorized retail partner’s fulfillment network inside the United States. Delivery speed, carrier choice, and shipping cost are set by the partner and shown at checkout before you pay.

What to expect

• Most in-stock flatware and dinnerware ships within one business day of the order.
• Delivery estimates appear at checkout and in the confirmation email — those dates, not this page, are binding.
• Large sets (45- and 65-piece services, 24-piece dinnerware) ship in a single carton with the tray or chest inside the box.
• Glassware and porcelain travel in partitioned packaging; damage in transit is covered by the partner — report it from your order page.

Address changes

Because fulfillment happens in the partner’s system, address changes after an order is placed go through their order page or support, not through this site. If a package is already in transit, the carrier’s redirect options apply.
