Reid Black Vintage is flatware with the worn-in look built in from the start. Tumbling knocks the surface back instead of smoothing it flat, and in black the result reads closer to forged iron than to silver service. It belongs on dark plates, wooden boards and tables that make no attempt to match. The box covers four with five pieces each.
How tumbling changes the surface
